Creator Platform Terms
Version: 20 October 2026
These terms govern the services provided by Figro Technology Pte. Ltd., a Singapore company (UEN 202616878Z), to creators using Figro and representatives acting for them. "Figro", "we" and "us" mean that company. "You" means the creator or, for obligations relating to a representative's own platform use, that representative. Contact [email protected] for support.
1. Platform and collaboration relationships
Figro helps creators and clients communicate, record collaboration terms, submit and review work, and arrange payments. The identified client and creator are the parties to the campaign collaboration agreement. For an external-client campaign, Figro does not undertake the client's advertising obligations or the creator's work, but remains responsible for its own platform and payout obligations. Where the campaign agreement expressly identifies Figro Technology Pte. Ltd. as the client, Figro contracts directly with you as an agency and assumes the client's campaign obligations as well as its applicable platform obligations. The represented brand is not automatically your contracting client.
These terms apply when you accept them or accept a service expressly incorporating them. You must be at least 18 and legally capable of entering the arrangement. Give accurate identity and contact information and protect your account. Promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
A representative must have authority for the actions taken for the creator. A representative does not become the contracting creator or acquire the creator's payment or content rights merely by using Figro. The parties manage their own representation and internal payment arrangements. Account access or an agency listing is not a guarantee by Figro of legal authority. These terms do not create an employment relationship with Figro; mandatory law remains unaffected.
2. Your campaign agreement
Review the identified client, compensation, deliverables, posting date, accounts/platforms, creator-specific requirements and licensing before accepting. The client's issuance and your acceptance form the collaboration agreement, including when an authorized representative accepts on your behalf.
The accepted collaboration agreement governs work between you and the client. These terms govern Figro's services to you. Changes to platform terms do not rewrite an accepted campaign agreement or accrued payment rights. Changes to campaign work require the contracting parties' agreement.
No separate universal performance target or approval procedure is imposed by these terms. Do not assume general campaign guidance adds contractual work beyond the accepted agreement. Notify the client promptly if you expect difficulty meeting the agreed posting date. There is no automatic late fee or compensation deduction under these platform terms.
Sample gifts, returns and associated costs follow the creator-specific requirements in the accepted agreement; the client normally pays sample costs, and any different allocation must be expressly agreed. No universal post-availability period applies; any required duration must be stated in the accepted agreement.
Unless the accepted campaign agreement provides otherwise, the client may request one reshoot after reviewing an unsatisfactory draft. Further required reshoots must be necessary to correct a material factual error in the resulting video. Other additional reshoots or scope changes require the client's and the creator's agreement. An edited version or new upload is not automatically a reshoot. This rule does not retrospectively amend an existing accepted agreement. The accepted campaign agreement states this default for both parties, and the Client Platform Terms restate it for the client. These creator terms bind you. They do not by themselves bind the client. If the accepted campaign agreement states a different reshoot rule, that agreement controls.
An expressly agreed campaign provision governs campaign compensation, payment conditions and deadlines over a conflicting default in these platform terms. This includes a separately signed agency campaign agreement. Using the platform for submissions, feedback, review or payment administration does not replace that agreement.
3. Funding and Figro's payout undertaking
The following external-funding and replenishment provisions apply when the identified client is a legal person other than Figro. They do not require Figro to transfer funds to itself or discharge its own debt by an internal allocation.
The client funds the collaboration upfront through Figro. When Figro receives the amount allocated to creator compensation, the client's corresponding obligation to fund/pay that amount is discharged. This does not mean the creator has been paid, and it does not discharge the client's other duties. A campaign agreement or application status alone is not confirmation of receipt of funds; ask support if funding status is unclear.
Payment to you requires the client's explicit verification and approval of the agreed deliverables. Posting, silence or passage of time does not constitute approval. Following that approval, Figro undertakes to arrange payment of the agreed creator compensation it has previously received for the collaboration to the designated payout method. These terms specify no payout period. Contact support about withheld approval, payment delays or processing issues.
After the client approves the creator's deliverables, the client bears responsibility for a chargeback or reversal of its funding. That reversal does not itself cancel your approved compensation, authorize a deduction or require you to repay Figro. Figro's approved payout undertaking continues despite that reversal; recovery from the client is not an additional condition for your payout. This does not override mandatory law, a binding order or a settlement you accept, or prevent separate legal remedies for an underlying wrong.
Where Figro is the identified client, Figro directly owes the agreed compensation. Unless the campaign agreement expressly provides otherwise, payout requires Figro's explicit verification and approval in its client capacity; posting or silence is not approval. Once due under the campaign agreement, payment is not conditional on Figro receiving or recovering money from the represented brand. The brand's nonpayment or chargeback does not itself reduce your entitlement. An expressly agreed campaign payment deadline remains binding; otherwise these platform terms set no payout period.
4. Receiving details, costs and taxes
Provide accurate, current details for the designated payout method and promptly tell support about errors. Saving receiving details does not mean that a transfer has been made or that the receiving account has been verified. Do not provide credentials such as banking passwords or one-time security codes.
Each party bears the costs associated with its chosen transfer method. You remain responsible for your own tax, invoicing and regulatory obligations. If a deduction is required by law, it must be explained and supported by the relevant records; this is not permission for a discretionary reduction in agreed compensation.
Payment uses the designated method. Any arrangement between a creator and a representative is theirs to manage and does not create a separate Figro payout process. Contact support if the destination needs correction or if the status shown does not match receipt.
5. Advertising and lawful content
Use clear, prominent sponsorship disclosures appropriate to the content, language and audience, and any required platform disclosure tools. Give honest endorsements based on genuine experience. Do not make claims you know are false or unsupported, fabricate experience or engagement, or conceal a material commercial relationship.
The client is responsible for the accuracy and substantiation of claims it supplies and the rights in its supplied materials. You remain responsible for your own contributions and must raise problematic instructions with the client or support. Neither client approval nor a campaign instruction requires unlawful content. Cooperate in correcting unlawful or misleading published material.
Do not submit malware, unlawful material or information you lack authority to share, impersonate someone else, interfere with security or use Figro for harassment or unlawful marketing.
6. Ownership and platform permissions
You retain ownership of your content unless an accepted campaign-specific term expressly provides otherwise. Campaign-specific content licences apply according to their stated scope. If none is specified, the campaign agreement grants no additional reuse or advertising rights. Delivering a file or receiving payment does not itself permit the client or Figro to use your content in another campaign, publish advertisements, obtain raw files, sublicense, or train models on your content.
You authorize Figro and its service providers to host, copy, process, transmit and display submitted materials as needed to operate the collaboration, provide authorized review, keep necessary records and resolve disputes. This limited operational permission does not transfer ownership or grant unrelated promotional or advertising rights. The separate, limited prospective model-development permission is set out in section 12. Figro and its licensors retain rights in the platform itself, excluding user materials.
Obtain the permissions needed for the materials you supply, including music, footage, images and identifiable people. The client bears responsibility for rights in materials it supplies. If campaign licensing permits additional uses, ensure the relevant permissions cover those uses; do not assume a social platform's music permission covers off-platform advertising.
7. External review and confidentiality
Submitted campaign content may be shared with the client, brand and authorized reviewers for that campaign. Review may include viewing and downloading submitted files and supporting scripts. Review permission does not authorize publication, advertising or other reuse.
External review links may be opened by anyone who obtains them, without signing in. They may therefore be forwarded beyond the intended recipients. Do not put sensitive personal data or unrelated confidential material into content intended for external review. Tell the client or support promptly if a link is shared unintentionally or the content should no longer be accessible. Figro does not represent that a bearer link verifies the identity of its viewer.
Keep non-public campaign materials, private communications, contact details and payment information confidential except for authorized campaign use, professional advice, legal obligations or legal remedies. This does not restrict information independently known or lawfully public, or disclosures required in the published campaign itself. Ask the client before using confidential campaign work in a public portfolio where no permission is recorded.
Figro likewise must protect your non-public campaign materials, pricing, business information and private communications, use them only for the services and other purposes expressly permitted by these terms, and disclose them only to personnel, service providers or professional advisers who need access and are subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations, or as lawfully required. Where lawful and practicable, Figro will notify you of compelled disclosure and limit it to what is required. These duties continue while the information remains confidential, including during justified record retention. Information independently developed, previously lawfully known, lawfully obtained without a confidentiality duty or lawfully public is excluded. The external-review-link limitations described above remain applicable and do not authorize unrelated disclosure or reuse.
8. Cancellation and support
Communicate with the client or seek support before cancelling. Refer requests to cancel a funded collaboration to support. Work pauses only when both parties agree, subject to mandatory law; nobody is required to perform unlawful work.
When Figro is the client, its support team acts for Figro and is not an independent adjudicator. Support facilitates a settlement accepted by both parties about cancellation, refunds, compensation for completed work and content rights. It cannot impose an award. A cancellation request, system cancellation or account closure does not itself determine refunds or extinguish payment obligations. There is no tiered cancellation fee under these terms.
If support cannot achieve a settlement, the contracting parties retain their otherwise available legal remedies. These platform terms do not choose the governing law or forum for their collaboration dispute.
9. Personal data and third-party services
The Privacy Notice explains data used for discovery, outreach, collaboration, analytics and payments, including information sourced about creators who have not registered. Acknowledging that notice is not blanket consent to every purpose. Contact support to request correction, exercise applicable privacy rights or stop marketing outreach.
Use other people's information only for authorized, lawful purposes. Do not disclose private client or reviewer information unnecessarily. Social networks and payment providers may impose their own terms. Their availability and requirements do not remove Figro's responsibility for its own obligations.
10. Service responsibility and liability
Figro will exercise reasonable care in providing its services. It does not guarantee collaboration offers, external clients' conduct, uninterrupted access or particular audience, revenue or campaign outcomes.
To the extent permitted by law, neither Figro nor the creator is liable to the other under these platform terms for indirect or consequential loss. Figro's aggregate liability for damages under these terms is limited to the greater of SGD 100 and any Figro platform fees paid by you in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These exclusions and cap do not limit creator compensation, approved payouts or other amounts payable or returnable; fraud or wilful misconduct; death or personal injury caused by negligence; or liability and remedies that cannot lawfully be limited. They do not cap rights against the client under the separate collaboration agreement.
You are responsible for reasonable third-party claims and costs to the extent caused by your breach of these terms, unlawful conduct or infringement in materials you supply. This does not cover client-supplied materials merely because you submitted them, or Figro's own breach, negligence or misconduct. Figro must give prompt notice, allow reasonable participation in the defence and take reasonable steps to reduce loss. It cannot agree a settlement imposing an admission or non-monetary obligation on you without your consent.
11. Closure and updates
You may request account closure through support. Figro may restrict access where reasonably necessary for a material breach, security risk, legal requirement or discontinuation, explaining the reason and giving reasonable notice where practicable and lawful.
Closure or suspension does not itself cancel a collaboration, forfeit compensation, change content ownership or erase accrued obligations. Contact support for retained agreement or payment records when normal access is unavailable. Retention and deletion are addressed in the Privacy Notice.
We will give at least 14 days' notice of material changes to these terms, unless a shorter period is necessary for legal or urgent security reasons. The notice will state the effective date and any required acceptance. Changes do not retrospectively alter accepted campaign terms, accrued compensation or refunds. Contact support about outstanding arrangements if you do not accept revised terms.
12. Limited permission for future model development
Figro plans to develop and improve its own creator-matching, recommendation and campaign-planning models using creator profile information, campaign results and campaign briefs. This training is not currently undertaken by Figro. Subject to the limits below, you grant Figro a non-exclusive permission to use those categories of information that you supply and have authority to license for that specific future purpose, including through service providers acting only on Figro's instructions. This grant does not authorize Figro to begin that training now.
This permission excludes private chats, creator submissions such as scripts, images, audio and videos, and payment or authentication information. Profile information does not include a general licence to train on the creator's underlying posts or media. It does not authorize providers to train their own general-purpose models, public disclosure of confidential briefs, or outputs designed to reproduce private campaign material. Figro must minimize personal and confidential information used, apply appropriate safeguards and keep the use within the stated purpose.
This is a limited content permission, not blanket consent to process personal data or a representation that you own all information about other people. Third-party rights, confidentiality and the Privacy Notice continue to apply. Figro will not start this use until it has identified the relevant data and processing arrangements, provided any required notice, established an applicable legal basis and obtained any additional permission or consent required. This clause does not retroactively override restrictions in earlier agreements. Uses outside this scope require a separate applicable permission and legal basis.
13. Figro-user disputes and contact
Singapore law governs these terms between Figro and you. Contact [email protected] first to seek a good-faith resolution. If a Figro-user dispute remains unresolved after 30 days, it may be brought before the Singapore courts, which have exclusive jurisdiction subject to mandatory applicable law. Urgent protective relief and non-waivable rights to another competent court or authority are preserved.
This provision governs disputes about platform services, not campaign-work disputes, including where Figro is the campaign client. Any law/forum expressly agreed in the campaign agreement remains applicable; otherwise these platform terms do not choose one for that campaign dispute. The Client Platform Terms govern Figro's separate relationship with external clients.
14. General
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A delay in exercising a right does not itself waive it. Contractual notices may be sent through the service or to the current account email; notices to Figro may be sent to the support address above. Keep your contact details current. This does not replace any mandatory method for formal legal notices or service of proceedings.
